Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Artemis Dev (“we”, “our”, or “us”) currently collects, uses, discloses, and stores personal information when you visit our website, request information about our products (including Falcon), or communicate with us.

This policy is intended to provide general information about our current practices. It does not form part of a contract and does not create rights beyond those required by applicable law.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

We may collect personal information that you provide directly, such as when you:

  • Contact requests: when you submit a message via our contact form, we collect the details you submit (typically name, email, company/lab, and message content, and optionally your position/title).
  • Beta/waitlist signup: when you join the beta/waitlist, we collect details such as your name, email address, and (optionally) your company/lab, title/position, account type, and a brief description of your use case. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
  • Optional account creation: if you choose to create an account (e.g. for early access), we may process your email address to send an invite or set-password link and associate basic profile metadata (such as name and company/lab) with your account.

You can choose what you include in free-form fields (e.g. message body). Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

  • Log and security data: IP address, user-agent/browser information, and request metadata (as provided by your browser and our hosting infrastructure).
  • Abuse-prevention signals: when you submit certain forms, we may use automated checks (such as rate limiting and, in some cases, a verification challenge) to help prevent spam and abusive traffic.
  • Analytics events (optional): we may use either Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics 4, depending on the deployment configuration for the Site. Optional analytics is only loaded after you allow it through our cookie banner. When enabled, analytics may collect usage data such as page views and interaction events (for example, button clicks). Provider-specific details are described in our Cookie Policy.

We use this information to operate the site, maintain security, and improve content and usability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries (e.g., product questions, demo requests, partnership messages).
  • Managing beta/waitlist (e.g., sending confirmation and invite emails).
  • Site operations and security (e.g., abuse prevention, reliability).
  • Analytics and improvement (where enabled) to understand what content is useful and to improve the site.
  • Legal compliance and enforcing our rights where required.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not currently sell personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Email and waitlist providers: if configured, beta/waitlist signups may be processed by an email provider (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Brevo) or a custom webhook endpoint configured by Artemis Dev.
  • Contact processing: contact form submissions may be forwarded to a designated internal endpoint (e.g., a webhook) for routing and response handling.
  • Account and authentication providers: if you opt to create an account, account invites and authentication may be processed by an identity/authentication provider configured by Artemis Dev.
  • Security and abuse prevention providers: we may use services that help detect automated traffic and protect our forms and infrastructure.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website and logs.
  • Analytics providers: Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics 4, but only if analytics is enabled and you have allowed optional analytics.
  • Legal and safety: law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where required by law or to protect users and our services.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and, if you allow it, optional analytics. You can accept or decline optional analytics through our cookie banner, and you can revisit your choice from the footer via Cookie settings. For details on what may be set and how to control it, please see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data Security

We take steps designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, administer the beta or waitlist, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the system used (for example, email providers, support tooling, and hosting logs).

8. International Transfers

Our service providers may process and store information in different countries. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers.

9. Requests, Complaints, and Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request or submit a complaint, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline or limit a request where permitted by applicable law.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to a privacy or data protection regulator in your jurisdiction. If the Australian Privacy Act applies to our handling of your personal information, you may also be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages, where applicable.

10. Changes to This Policy
